This entire program is written in PowerShell and converted into a .exe. You will need PowerShell installed to run which Windows PowerShell comes installed by default in every Windows since Windows 7 SP1. This is a stand-alone .exe that can save you from having to run to the services area in the control panel to see if something running or to use the task manager.
